A father of two who dearly loves his daughters and his fixed gear bikes. Comes up with recipes for cocktails, food, and desserts that you wouldn't expect from such manly hands. Is also known to apply his magical hands to carpentry projects when necessary. May appear a little hard to approach at first, but finds nothing more delightful than making sure our guests enjoy their time here.
